      We have the same goal: reducing greenhouse gasses emissions. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to talk to us before you place your order if you need additional information about the products, help with sizes, extra pictures, or if you have any other request.


      When you order your piece from our online store, please plan that it will take a few days for us to make it. All our products are made to order and it may take us anything from one day to a week to make your piece. Once it is ready, we will pack it in plastic-free packaging made of recycled cardboard, and, when available, send it by a courier that is offsetting their emissions. In addition, if you pay for your order using Shop Pay, emissions produced by your delivery will be offset as a part of collaboration between Shop Pay and Pachama project. This means that your order has a potential to be offset twice!


      Once the parcel is on its way, we will send you a tracking code via email. If you have Shop app, you will also be able to track it there.


      We offer free shipping worldwide. However, If you are outside of EU, please consider that your country's custom fees and duties may apply.


      Our goal is total customer satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes it can happen that the product you have ordered doesn't work for you. In this case, you can request to exchange your product, or to return it and be refunded.

      Once again, let's try to prevent this from happening. We are at your disposal for any questions and any help you might need. As the most sustainable solution, please first consider giving the item to a friend or a family member who will use it.


      If you wish to exchange or return your item, please write us first to theteam @ with the subject "Return request" or "Exchange request".

      We accept returns within 14 days after you have received your order. The item has to be unworn, in its original condition, with the labels still attached and returned in its original packaging.

      Please note that if your garment has custom alterations made for you, it is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

      The shipping of the items you want to exchange or return is your cost and responsibility and we cannot compensate for lost or damaged packages.


      Once we receive both the email and the unworn item, we will process your request and either send you new items or refund you for the returned one.


      If shipping costs are calculated in the price, the shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. You can also opt to get your refund as store credit.


      Last, but not the least, you can send us back the clothes we made even after 14 days since you have received it, and after you wore it. Hemp is quite a precious fabric that gets better with age, so we will be happy to reuse it. Even though we cannot refund you, we might surprise you!
